Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your password and verification codes confidential.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
• ALUNA may restrict an account where there is fraud, abuse, security risk, or a serious breach of these terms.

Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a form, cart, message, or booking request does not by itself guarantee availability. A booking becomes final only when ALUNA or the relevant provider confirms it and any required payment is successfully completed.

Prices, availability, and services

• Displayed prices and availability may change until confirmation.
• Room rates may be separate from tours, transfers, meals, upgrades, packages, and other paid add-ons.
• Descriptions and images are provided in good faith, but minor operational changes may occur.

Payments

Where online payment is enabled, the checkout will show the amount and currency before payment. Payment processing may be provided by an external payment provider. Do not send card details through ordinary email or chat.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Eligibility, deadlines, fees, and refund amounts depend on the conditions shown or communicated for the specific stay, tour, package, or service. A cancellation or refund request is not approved until ALUNA confirms the decision.

Guest responsibilities

• Follow property rules, safety instructions, arrival requirements, and applicable laws.
• Provide correct guest counts and relevant information that may affect the service.
• Treat properties, staff, service partners, and other guests respectfully.

Website use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, copy protected content for commercial use, or submit unlawful or misleading material. ALUNA branding, design, text, and original media remain protected.
